can you get herpes from a handjob?

About a week and a half ago i had an unprotected handjob from a girl.  i also fingered her and possibly scratched myself after.  She had a very strong smell coming from her vaginal area.  a day or two later i started itching very badly between my scrotum and my thigh.  it has been almost a week and i am starting to get a similar smell to hers.  the skin between my scrotum and thigh it dry and flaking.  i have also noticed a couple red bumps.  i didn't notice anything like this on her.  i wear tight fitting pants.  could this be herpes or just like jock itch.  (i've never had jock itch so i might just be mistaking the symptoms.)

this doesn't sound like herpes. see your provider monday for proper evaluation and treatment.  It sounds more fungal or even bacterial.

also...
i gave her oral sex and now i have some bumps on my tongue.  there is only a couple and they are very small and red.  they are slightly painful.  it almost feels like a burn you get from drinking something too hot.
