If he touches you then himself, no risk at all. The other situations are EXTREMELY low risk. It really takes intercourse to have any real world risk of spreading the virus. Loke i said earlier, I would be surprised if you actually have hsv2.
In my opinion. I highly doubt you acrually have hsv2. The hsv2 tests are very sensitive and can pick up odd protiens and your 1.35 is in the realm of being 75% a false positive. Retest again. If it comes back negative then you are all good. If it comes back with a very low positive then seek out the western blot test. We can cross that bridge when and if it gets here.
Ik. Lets start with the basics. Genital hsv2 sheds on average of 15-20% of days, meaning 80% of days you are no risk to anyone. It does very from oerson to oerson but thats about average. Now, no one will contract hsv by brushing against you. The virus need much more than that to transfer. This is why the penis shaft, vagina and anus are the areas mostly infected. It's due to thin skin and high friction. The virus essentially gets massaged in.
As far as your hsv diagnosis by the bloodtest becoming positive. Anything less than a nuneric value of 3.5 is suspect for a false positive. Your number is very low and can definitely be a false positive. I see this a lot. Unfortunately most Dr's are clueless about hsv and it's testing.
I have a few questions. What test became positive igg or igm? How long after exposure did you test?
