confued about igg

So this is my question.. i went to a walk in clinic which i questioning their practices.. but anyways they did a test cliaming it was from quest igg was 4.22 ... completely shocked i immediatly aent to my gyno who repeated the test and it was igg 3.6.. two blood test 3 daya apart.. well my question is ive been in the same relationship for 5 years never had symptoms neither has my fiancee .. my gyno said it wasn a recent infect and so signs upon exam of me. I hope im not grasping at straws but should i get the westerblot? I read a guy on here had a simliar atory but his was a 4.7 and is weztern blot came back negative..

No hes going to get tested. He said he had blood work done before we got together.. he was always paranoid.

U have another question. Do the igg antibodies go up and down? Or do they usually go up to a point and stay up?

yes you do need a WB to confirm your low positive.

has your partner been tested yet?
