possibly herpes or HIV

About a week ago I went to a CSW where I was involved in mutual masturbation. No sex.
I kissed her around the face and neck but not any french kissing. During the encounter, I had  a condom on (the whole time).
She was all clothed and I was naked. So if I was in contact, it was against her clothes unless her hands.

My concern now is that I have some symptoms. Have mouth ulcers, boils or some irritation on my inner buttocks at more than two locations. Have a burning sensation there when I sit. It's a bit itichy as well. Also have some reddish swollen areas towards the beginning of the pelvic region, but that looks like irritated hair follicles.

Is that symptoms of HSV or even HIV? I'm getting scared now. How do I tell if it's related to herpes or not?

Is it that I could from the bed at all? Please answer

Thank You
