cut on lip has me freaked out

okay so im a 18 year old sexually active male, around august i had a really bad STD scare, i went to the bathroom one day and i noticed a round cut on my penis, i got it checked out, and i stressed more than any normal human should, in fact i lost 10 pounds in five days because i didnt eat anything. I normally am a very compulsive person when i get something on my mind i cant let it go.
ARound two weeks after that scare, after getting the negative test results back for every STD, i started having another scare just because i do shave my pubic area and i was itchy, and for some reason is freaked me out. I thought it had good reason because i had unprotected sex with a girl but it was her first time without a condom and she was tested a week earlier as a requirement for college. got those test results back and they were negative
and now im on my third scare, my girlfriend had a cut on the corner of her lip, it wasnt a blister, it wasnt a cold sore, i know what those look like my mom has HSV-1 and gets cold sores every september since she was 5, it was just a cut, that she knows for a fact she got from her field hockey mouth peice, she said she is 150% sure, she even felt it happen, and she said it happens every season and that the next time she had it in she felt it poking the same exact spot where it was cut. the cut healed literally around 3-4 days later, leaving a little scar but its on her lip so its hard to tell. Then she got some dry skin around her mouth and it cracked and it also freaked me out because ive become compulsive about all this STD **** because of my past scares.
Recently, because its halloween time ive been eating a lot of candy and stressing non stop over this scare, i probe and stretch and check my penis everytime im in the bathroom because she did perform oral sex on me and i feel like every little red mark from like it htting my pants or me touching it is something. Now, due to the candy eating, ive developed a red mark on my tongue, it feels like ive bitten down on it and it barely even hurts, but its a sore nonetheless and its freaking me out, is there a possible way that this could be herpes, i know i sound crazy and i know its stupid but its just scaring the hell out of me. and to add to it, i had another like sugar type sore on my cheek which went away after a day when i washed my mouth with hot salt water
please give me an answer or some sort of help, my mom wont let me get tested a third time because she thinks im going crazy, please help

no i was specifically tested for herpes twice, once after the cut, and then again after the college tested girl, and negative both times, i feel like im just becoming neurotic and like freaking out for no reason, and every little thing freaks me out, its been like 18 days since she had the cut, the sore in my mouth is already gone, i washed my mouth my hot salt water last night and its gone, i dont think i herpes sore would be gone in like 3 days, and it wasnt yellow or lke blistery, you couldnt even see it unless i showed someone exactly where it was, it just look like my tongue was just redder in one area, i think im just freaking myself out for no reason, i have no symptoms or anything, like every little thing is causing me to go nuts though, like i have redness around the tip or my penis right at the bottom of head, which i dont know is normal and im just noticing it now cause im neurotic, or if its something, but it comes and goes, normally with an erection, so im pretty sure its jsut red veins, idk i just cant stop my head

herpes testing is not a part of routine std testing. there is no reason why your partner would've been tested for herpes for college.

you need to be seen and get this checked out. no way we can diagnose you.
