folliculitis with no hair? is it herpes?

i had unprotected oral sex and protected vaginal sex with a csw. 7 Days after that, i started to feel tingling sensation and sharp pain on my penis head and penis shaft which comes and go. The next day, i started to notice my scrotum is full of small pinkish dot with hair coming out from it. Base on other forum post, im pretty convinced that symptom is a sign of folliculitis.

The part that bothers me a lot is the one below and a the root part of the shaft (shaft-scrotum connection). There are some individual pinkish white dot that appears without any hair; they also not clustered. I also check the neck of my penis for any symptom. Im not sure what im seeing though. The neck of the penis just look different to me.

My question is:
1. Is it a possible sign of herpes?
2. How long does it takes for the content of blister to develop from clear fluid to pus.

Thank you doc.

In the absence of lesions on your penis, herpes is extremely unlikely. The virus doesn't cause what you describe wothout other obvious symptoms.

Disregard. Had the posts mixed up
hi thanks for getting back to me. i really really appreciate it. would there be any chance the lesions is in urethra/tip opening?
To have lesions inside the urethra and none on the outside as well would be rare. Plus if you had lesions inside it would make urinating one of the most painful experiences of your life.
