no you can not test accurately on the blood tests within 3 weeks of infection.
at this point continue to follow up on symptoms with your provider. A one time protected encounter is very low risk.
also it's helpful to keep your posts all in your original post instead of making new ones each time.
your response was greatful. thank you. however i have some more questions. i dont have a sore to swab. its just an irritation and sometimes i get that when i am walking around alot and my theighs rub. i do feel a bit more itching this time. however, with the test, is 28 days useless ? the test result came back that i had the HPV1, and that seems to be accurate because i had an outbreak around my face. so if i had an outbreak, shouldnt the antibodies already be in my blood to test ? i was told that normally they can tell within 3 weeks of exposure. is this not true ? i also had protected sex. i dont have any painful sores. is herpes obvious when u get it?
4 months is a conclusive result. if you have a sore then go to the doctors and have it swabed
