im unable to get to the GUM until Friday, i have developed a single small raised pimple on the glans of my penis. it is fleshy in colour and has been there for approximately 24hrs. no sign of other pimples new. when i run my finger over it it feels hard slightly irritated pain levels are generally low. might be worth mentioning i had unprotected sex 4 weeks ago, i also had a long masturbation session prior to the pimple arriving. could it he herpes?? or an irritation?

Sounds more like a pimple or infected sweat gland than a herpes lesion. Lesions are superficial. Meaning on the surface. Not under the skin.
