low positive HSV 1 results + not sure if the symptoms I have are HSV symptoms

Hi,
I recently learned last year that I was positive for HSV 1. It was a low positive of 1.14 and I felt I never had any symptoms. So I got retested 5 months and it tested another low positive of 1.11. After both tests, I’ve been taking l-lysine, b complex, zinc and vitamin c along with applying lemon balm. I never noticed any symptoms until recently I guess but again, they are hard for me to tell. I have noticed slight tingling and currently have two small flesh colored bumps on my lip with no redness or pain.
I know low positives may mean a false positive but My question is does this mean I’m experiencing a outbreak or could it be something else?

This doesn't sound like a herpes outbreak really. Hsv lesions are fluid filled blister type lesions that poo and leak the fluid.
