lysine not working anymore
I have been taking lysine for 15 years and it has always prevented me from getting mouth ulcers and fever blisters however in the last three to four months it is not working anymore does anyone have any idea why and also could my body have built up a tolerance to it and should I quit taking it for a while?
Hi, there is no real evidence that lysine aids in surpressing herpes and we already get able amounts from everyday diet. The only real aide is antivirals so if you have tested positive for herpes and are having outbreaks, go on antivirals.
Do you workout? Do any sports and eat healthy? Maybe you had stressful times. Lysinenthing is never really proved scientifically but it help for some people ir maybe its psychological. Maybe you canntake supressive meds.
