oral herpes

I had unprotected oral and vaginal sex with a sex worker about 2-3 weeks ago. I ended up getting gonorrhea and was treated for that last week.

Two days ago I woke up with my lips swollen, there was 3 or 4 red spots on my upper lip. Since then they've turned white, and are very painful.

I also have several other spots in my gums, sides of my mouth, etc that are also painful and white. I notice on the roof of my mouth there are red bumps that were not there yesterday. I'm afraid these will also turn into this painful white spot.

I cant eat because I cant open my mouth all the way. It's swollen. Its a painful burning feeling, etc.

Could this be oral herpes or even oral gonnehera?

I had some buffalo wings the night before. Could I have had an allergic reaction? I've never had one before to buffalo wings.

Oral gono would be an infection in the back of your throat not your mouth area. You might want to have the sores swabbed to see what they are but really dont appear herpes related either.
