patch on scrotum

Today is Tuesday.  On Saturday around 10 in the morning while Urinating, I noticed a small mark That look like a dry patch towards the middle of my scrotum   There was no pain or itching associated with it, and was located near an area of my testicles that are very mildly Irritated with  a slight eczema. At first it appeared to be only one small dry patch of skin.  But when I got Out of the hot shower they were two distinct looking cysts with white looking heads that appear to look just like pimples.  As a matter of fact I lightly squeeze them and a off white ***** substance came out.  This substance was not at all clear or liquid form.  And again there no pain or itch even as today.  The Mark is healing   There is no scabbing or bleeding or pain, but there is still a Redmark    When I got out of the hot tub last night, I again noticed a very small amount of the off-white Puss leaking out but it was small amount.  Again the Mark seems to be healing rapidly but there is still a small

I have had cold sores my entire life, this mark on my scrotum in no way resembles the cold sores I have ever Had on my mouth (tiny fluid filled blisters that are sore and  that bust, bleed, scab over cause pain for At least a week).  But it does concern me.   I'm 44 years old and the first I experienced this.  Any suggestions or ideas?

it's your mind driving you crazy more than anything.

too late for a lesion culture. If you need peace of mind, you can seek out chlamydia, gonorrhea and ngu testing at any time. You can test for syphilis after 6 weeks post encounter. herpes, hiv and hepatitis testing can be done after 3 months. We don't have a commercially available test to cover hpv for you adequately. That is the testing you would need to do to completely cover your bases from this other partner.

Thank you for your ( and life360) insight.  It is truly appreciated.  I am a married man who loves his wife and children.  But for  whatever reason, about 3 years ago I began an affair with a married woman.  She has told me when things started that her husband could not become erect and has not had sex with him since 4 years prior.   I have no reason to not believe her, but of course anything is possible.  He was her first lover and according to her I am only the second man she's been with.  For several years off and on we have had unprotected sex.  We are both fixed.   I have never had and issues in those years of concerns (signs of any problems) that would make me think STD.   we are both adults in our 40s with children.  Her youngest is 5.   Mine is 8.

I'm getting older and changing my life (time to grow up).  I stopped the affair 2 weeks ago.  And then Saturday I see this mark.  I started to think it was Karma!  I believe myself to be a rational man.  But I believe I am also a slight hypochondriac!  Lol.  In my gut I feel I'm ok with this, but I really needed reassurance.

I a test be the perfect solution.  I'm not sure if it is too late for me at this point. The mark on my scrotum has basically dry up and is very faint at this point.  I just don't want to spend the next year wondering.  :)

this doesn't sound at all like genital herpes going on.

Hot tubs can cause skin infections as well as fungal infections. At this point, see your provider to make sure that neither are going on.

since herpes is on your mind, have you ever been tested for it? do you have a partner and if so, have they?

Hi, only testing would confirm if you have genital herpes but from what your describing would not appear as a herpes outbreak. Wrong area and herpes sores are not white puss filled. Really appears as simple pimples and jock itch. If your concerned have a doc check you out.
