possible gsv1?

hey there and thanks in advance for your help.
i recently had oral sex for the first time with my gf of over two years (she performed on me and i performed on her) i had a cold sore through out the previous week but the most of the scab had fallen off the night before we engaged in oral sex and the little that was left fell in the very early morning of the day when the sex happened (we didnt do anything til after midnight).
now i've gotten cold sores since i was very young and she said she's had cold sores in the past (but has not gotten and outbreak in years) which i think would make us both oral hsv1 positive, which i understand can give immunity for further re infections anywhere in the body.
so my question is how likely is she to get genital hsv1?
considering we both have oral hsv1 and i was basically done with my cold sore (or at least it wasnt in either the prodrome or the blister stage which i understand are the most contagious)
should we be worried that she can have considerable chances of getting ghsv1?

we're both kind of freaking out...but she has not had any outbreaks in her genital area and its been five days since we had oral sex

abreva barely got fda approval to say that it heals cold sores faster. In studies, it only healed them less than a day sooner than placebo. Not a lot of bang for your $15 for a teeny tube that you have to apply every few hours.

You can get 30 acyclovir tablets for $4 with a prescription from your provider at walmart, even if you don't have insurance. That will treat a lot of cold sores!

thanks for the answer grace and i dont treat them with either of those things, i only use abreva to help it heal faster
one last question though...would my cold sore after the scab fell off be considered healed or somewhat healed? and if not how contagious could it have been at the time?
(fyi i still had that portion of my lip with pinkish colored but all of the blister and the scab was completely gone)

It's not likely at all that either of you would contract hsv1 genitally. always err on the side of caution and when either of you has a cold sore, don't perform oral until it's healed.

do you treat your oral herpes when you get cold sores so that they heal faster?  ! day doses of valtrex or famvir or 2 day dose of acyclovir when taken at the first sign of a cold sore can sometimes head off a full blown ob completely even as well as speeds healing.
