possibly herpes? or severe yeast infection? (photo link)

I have bumps that has appeared in the hair of my left labia majora. They feel irritated and a little itchy only when my pad or tissue touches them. I've been using antibiotic cream and it's working.  I am not sexually active and haven't been since 2014. However, I was diagnosed with fibroids as a result I am bed bound and have to wear pads everyday all day since bleeding is a symptom of fibroids. Are these STD symptoms or something harmless? What is my next step? All help is appreciated. Thank You

I cannot access the pictures, but they probably will not help.

Without sexual activity, it is extremely unlikely that herpes would suddenly emerge like this.

There is no particular reason for fibroids to result in being bed-ridden. If severe they can be removed quite readily.
