The bump you are noticing on the underside of the head of your penis sounds completely normal. Probably just before you never paid this much attention to it :)

It really doesn't sound like anything is going on.  While it's on your mind, it's a good time for you and your gf to get full std testing so you know who has what. Are you each other's first partners or have either of you had partners before each other? you are having unprotected oral sex and anal sex so it's important to know who has what.  You can go to a std clinic for testing if you aren't comfortable going to your regular doctors for it.

I wouldn't worry at all about kissing this girl from a herpes standpoint.

no we havent because we both have never had any symptoms im a teenager so kinda embarassing to tell the parents but the girl didnt have any open sores or anything happend on the 3rd fof july round 10 next morning the 4th round 11 i awoke and say the bump but i didnt hurt or anything so the 8th me and my gf had protected sex unprotected oral/anal we kissed but my bump was mostly gone away so just recently the 21ish i was itching in the pubic area prob regular itch but im freaking out then i noticed my penis which is circumsied near my head  on the back side that faces my balls is a bump but it skin colored and it may not even be a bump i may be freakig out and my penis may have alway been like that but what i realy want to know just for argue sake which will help me alot

say the bump was oral herpes(im sure i didnt have gential herpes befor she the only girl ive been with only guy shes been with) and we kissed and say i somehow did infect her would she be abe to pass the oral herpe i gave her to my genitals in a matter of 2 hours..i dont think it possible but u seem to know more than me....(she also has showed no sings of herpes she would have gotten it july 8 its now the  25th she is without symptoms and we havent had sex since th 8 and havent even kissed so all i wanna know is if i did catch herpes and give them to her could she have caught them the night of the 8th oraly then givin them to me genitaly in a matter of 2 hours i gett really big on the nerves wen it comes to stds

So you are asking if you could've contracted hsv1 orally from kissing this gal and then transmitted it to your regular partner thru unprotected oral sex?

If you woke up the next morning with this bump , and it's due to herpes, then it's not a newly acquired oral herpes infection for you. it takes a few days until a new infection is able to cause visible symptoms.

Have you and your regular partner ever been tested for herpes before to know who has what?
