rash on my buttcheeek

In the last 24 hours I have developed a rash on my buttcheek, about two to three inches from my anus. I only notice it when I sit down, and since yesterday it has become a bit more red and bumpy, and now looks like six small pimples in close proximity to one another.

I haven't had sex in over a week, but in my last encounter (nine days ago) I had unprotected (receptive) anal sex. About a week ago I had a bit of a sore throat and a temperature that went away after two days.

I have no other skin eruptions or redness anywhere else, and both my anus and my genital area look and feel absolutely fine. Is it possible my buttcheek rash is due to some std, even though my genital area and my anus are clear of any rashes?

Thanks in advance for your help.

I should add that the AC broke down over the weekend, so it's gotten pretty hot at home, and I've been sweating quite a lot. Could that have anything to do with the rash?
