There is no way of contracting any STD's or HIV with out sexual contact, Meaning you don't have any, but if the bump persists go to your doctor and tell him you are worried about the bump, Don't be shy he is a doctor they deal with these kind of stuff on a daily basic.

You cannot have either HSV or HIV if you have never had sex so don't worry .... you are 15 and not yet engaged in any sexual activity but now is a good time to think about the future, you are clearly aware of the risk of contracting STD's so when the time does come for you to become sexually active always use a condom and stay safe that way you have nothing to be concerned about, please don't agonise over every little bump or pimple that appears on your body and attributing it to an STD when you haven't had sex with anyone yet, don't let this fear turn into paranoia just ALWAYS use a condom when you engage in sex with a girl or guy whatever the case may be and you have little or nothing to worry about  .....
You seem to be a very clued up guy there so stay that way where STD's are concerned and you will stay healthy and safe .....
