shooting pains, general discomfort when sitting, burning while sitting

I feared that I was exposed to HSV2 last year in November, after a really bad bacterial infection.  I saw two small white filled blisters that I picked at- went away and never came back.  About a week ago, I was going thru some CRAZY stress.  Lack of sleep, crying, you name it.  At that point, I started having a little labial discomfort.  Almost like I was getting a yeast infection. A couple of days later the same discomfort started around the opening to the vagina.  No burning after urination, but discomfort when sitting down for periods of time.  A couple days later, I am experiencing pain and thinking this may be a HSV outbreak.  I have no visible sores and have checked myself thoroughly.  But my vagina is sore.  After laying on my belly last night while sleeping it even ached. Does this sound like an outbreak- I have been feeling this way for about a week.  I had a pap last week DR didn't see any lesions.  But I am definitely in pain...

If you had lesions inside the pain would be very noticeable. It would be worse while urinating. Odds are very low that you would have them inside and not outside as well.

This really does not sound hsv related at all. If this was part of an outbreak then you would most assuredly have lesions as well.
