symptoms everyday for the past year

Feb 2007,  I engage in oral sex.   I had the following symptoms off and on all year long:  my ribs hurt on both my right and left sides, stomach pains every so often,  my butt gets sore, my eyes get very dry, I get tingling and prinking sensations all over my body and it feel like a lump is in my throat.  I have been breaking out with pimples on various parts of my body.  Eye floater, pain inside the ear, bleching, and tingling sensation around my head (in the front) and sensative gum on the lower front teeth. I have been tested for STDs.  The test have come back negative.  I got tested for herpes.  I was told that I have hsv1.  Has anyone experience these symptoms on a daily basis?

The last time i had any sex was over 3 months ago. about two weeks ago i shaved my groin. a few days later i have a red bump on the upper part of my groin. Its only one red spot. it doesnt hurt or anything. it looks like a ingrown hair. How long would herpes take to show up is 3 months to long? and if it was a primary outbreak would it only be one red bump? How soon for an inital outbreak?

None of the things you listed are due to herpes.  You need to continue to follow up with your provider to get to the bottom of what's going on.
