unsure?

I'm unsure if I should be worried or not.
I had unprotected sex with someone not too long ago (including oral sex) and a few days later come out with a few cold sores. I usually get cold sores so at first this never bothered me.
I started reading up on Genital Herpes then and ever since I've been worried I may have it without knowing.
I spoke to the man I had sex with who said he's never had any symptoms of herpes (which I know is mostly the case due to asymptomatic herpes) but ever since then I've been so anxious.
I noticed one red lump which I got told was molluscum contagiosum (the bump has not done anything for nearly 4 weeks, just stayed the same).
If I sometimes feel twinges down below I am instantly checking but there's nothing there and it's been 5 weeks since I had sex with this man. I know symptoms can take months or years to appear also.
I understand as i've been looking about 5 times a day if there's anything there that I am irrtitating down below.
When I feel relaxed all "symptoms" seem to disappear as I sometimes feel quite warm and get so worked up I get headaches but I'm worried I am mistaking anxiety for actual symptoms? I've not had any "proper symptoms" I haven't felt like I have the flu or painful urination or any abnormal discharge, just "irritated" down below but as I've said it may be because I'm always checking, I'm so unsure and worried though.
The "irritation" isn't always there either, it seems to disappear once I've showered and like I said more relaxed.
I have seen 4 different doctors and nurses who have all said there's nothing there.
I have also had unprotected sex with a new partner and they got a few lumps just above their knee a few weeks later.
I'm still 'irritated' 5 weeks on but nothing has happened. I also had a blood test done and it came back negative for hsv2. Is it accurate enough? Is my irritated feeling due to me looking and touching down there a lot, Is it down to my anxiety or should I still be worried?

My possible 'giver' had blood tests done which I'm fairly certain were over 3 months past his past sexual encounter. His results were negative for hsv1 and 2. I've been using thrush cream and my 'irritation' has subsided a substantial amount. I'm going to go for another blood test at 3 months past encounter also just to be certain and I think all other 'symptoms' are down to my anxiety.

My possible giver has agreed to a blood test so I will know fully from there and will probably know by the end of next week

I have by 4 different people, they they weren't disputing the first answer. I'm going back the doctors on Friday so I will ask again. I will ask them to do that too.

you need to be seen and get a proper exam done. find out what is going on and get your discharge tested.

I'm going to admit to being very naïve. I didn't even take hsv into consideration and was very uneducated about it. I only really had this partner now and the previous one was more like a one night stand so I've never really had to have a std screening before. I have informed him, he said he'd like to see if it clears. I'm not sure it is molluscum though? It looks like a zit but just at the top of my vagina - where it starts at the topand its been there for nearly 4 weeks. It looked a little red on the edges, but I've got lots of other little lumps on my body too - especially my nipples?. I've had a substantial amount of watery discharge too which seems to chafe my bum cheeks and I've felt under the weather for a while (I know this can be stress related). I've not had what looks like an active blister or lesion except for my 3 cold sores.l will go back after 3 months anyway.

why are you having unprotected sex?  do you and your partners get full std testing prior to having sex?   Are you aware that molluscum is very contagious and inform your partner about  your active infection with it?

your herpes blood testing was done too early from the first encounter. You need to wait at least 3 months post encounter to seek out herpes igg blood testing.
