urethra burning

almost two weeks ago i recieved oral from a random person at the bar. couldnt get off cause of too much to drink. i left and went home and showered. i started masterbating after i got out and couldnt stay fully erect. honestly its the hardest i ever masterbated and i honestly though i could hurt myself. the next day or two my penis felt irritated. its been almost two weeks now and causes slight burning after i urinate. i had a urnine test done and they said i didnt have anything wrong with my urnine. also maybe due to the stress or not ive had an uncomftable stomach and a little diarrhea and my testicles were a little tender. although those have almost fully went away. could this be herpes? no blisters or sores. i have had a few headaches. caffeine and masterbating. doctors said i was good to go though.

you've been seen , had some basic testing done and no one sees any signs of infections.  if symptoms continue, return to be seen again.

oral sex is not safe sex. if you need peace of mind, seek out testing for chlamydia and gonorrhea with urine testing.
