water blisters on chest & pain in body

hello,
Just yesterday i could not go to work due to an overall feeling of 'un-wellness'.
I had pain all over my body but must noticeable in neck and back of my head.
This morning i noticed i have some water blisters on my chest.  They are red, but clear, so no blood inside them.
after taking some medicine, my symptoms have pretty much disappeared in just one day.
Also, around 80 days ago, i had a one night stand with a girl i do not know to much. could this be related to STD? what are the most likely causes for this water blisters?

thanks for your quick reply.
i just went to see the doctor and he says most likely chiken-pox.
he asked me to do some blood test to confirm and i will do tomorrow morning.
... just hoping there is nothing more to it...
regards,

no reason to think that these are std related. See your provider today or tomorrow for proper follow up since these are not normal and obviously something is going on.
