what am i sufferin from- help needed

Hallo everyone! Thanks a lot for the efforts you guys put to kill the anxiety that most of us have when we come to you.
My story is a long one but thanks in advance for examining it and giving me an honest answer.
My episode started when I had unprotected vaginal sex with a lady I had dated for 4months (am a 26yr old male) This was on 8th/ 9/07. The symptoms started after 5days with abit of tingling in my right testes. I brushed it off but seven days later it got worse with the pain and I had clear discharge from my penise and a mild pain in my lower back I also felt itchy in my urinary tract. I went to the doc and got tested and was told it was syphilis. I got an injection and cefixime 100mg. I took it for a week and the pain and discharge went away, but two days after finishing the drug dosage the burning sensation in my groin came back together with discharge a lot of pain in scrotum, chills, fever, nausea, headaches. I went back to the hospital after 5days of these symptoms, they did tests for bacterial infections and found non. I was given ciprofloxacin 250mg for a week. Things improved and everything cleared. Three days after finishing this dosage the groin pain came back. Went back and they did a scan and said everything was ok with my testes. I was given another dosage of ciprofloxacin 250mg for a week but only took it for just 3days and went back to hospital because the pain was still there. I was then given zithromax 500mg for three days. Things improved for around ten days and the pain started albeit at daily intervals (12pm to around 5pm) and it was accompanied with feverish feelings, a persistent cough that lasted for 4.5weeks and a back pain that persists till now. This was around week 8 after exposure. This went on until week 11 when I went back to hospital and was given doxycyline for 10 days, the pain did subside but not completely. I also got examined by a urologist and he said everything was ok.
At week 13 I had a big headache stemming from an eye infection all this time i have seen any srea on my genitals.

I have also been tested for hiv antibody on weeks1, 2, 4, 6(DNA PCR), 10 and 12.
I am waiting for my HSV 1 & 2 IGG and IGM. Am so depressed. Honestly what are the chances that this is not Herpes??????

I would appreciate your help guys, am so worried and cant think straight!

No, this sore on your armpit isn't herpes either, haha. Yeah, look up the pelvic thing. It involves the prostate. It sounds like your Dr. might have gave you an anal exam (ouch). They can pretty much tell if the prostate feels normal but sometimes things get missed. The clear discharge is often a symptom of this. Trust me, been there done that along with the burning penis symptoms. Anyhow, you don't have herpes from what you say and eating yogurt is good if you have been on a lot of antibiotics. Just relax and stop worrying about herpes. :)

Glad to hear it's not herpes.  

If I may post my words of advice.  Do not ever sleep with anyone who has not been tested for STD's and handed you the paperwork as proof.  Also herpes testing is NOT, I repeat NOT part of the standard STD blood testing and must be asked for specifically.  Most people will come back with results positive for HSV-1.  Where is the HSV-1? Probably in the oral reigon, but you never know.  Just keep it in mind if you plan on having oral sex and your partner is positive.  

I know it makes things seem like a business transaction but most good people will think you are a cut above just for asking.  And if they don't, well see ya...  Your health and future is worth it!

Hi Slacker101, many people appreciaate what u do alot and may you and your family be blessed.
Thanks for taking time to answer my long question it means alot. I mistakenly posted the same question twice and the first one was answered by Grace.
I forgot to mention that around 10cm from my armpit I had something that looked like a sore or ringworm (around 0.5cm in diameter) which was itchy and painful if squeezed, this was like 4days ago. The following day it started to dry and scab.
Would this change your opinion on herpes(thiss was my first time having sex just FYI)?
its been crazy and hair raising for the past 4months and it would probaly take several pages to nail everything but God has been faithful.
Also thanks for your advice, I saw a urologist who diagnosed me for prostaitis and said from what he observed i was okey, i will look for what you said Dr. HHH has mentioned that resewmbles my symptoms(is it pelvic inflammation disease-i thought this affects females only). Mean whileI will start on the yogurt as Grace adviced.

Nothing you have described points to Herpes. Herpes doesn't go away then come back in a few days. Syphillis doesn't explain your symptoms either so your Dr. isn't smart with STD's. What you need to do is look more at your prostate for prostasis. You OBVIOUSLY have been focusing a lot of your time on herpes and readint the internet and getting scared with the fact you have it which has led you to a prostatis problem. There is a term for this whole thing Dr. Handsfield tells people to look at it but it is something liek Chronic Pelvic something or other that describes what you have. Just rest assure nothing you have said describes herpes. Anxiety driven to the max! The mind is an amazing thing isn't it? You're fine.
