I'm not sure if this looks like a cold sore. It is a little warm feeling but idk if that means anything. It wasn't there yesterday. I woke up this morning around 6 and noticed it. I've had three blood tests, all negative, but still having ongoing mouth burning sensations-- now this.

Any thoughts/ideas appreciated!

I have doesnt really look like it but dont take my word as a valuble source, 65% population has oral herpes either now or later 80-90% of people will have hsv1 so as ling as you use condoms for iral sex theres nothing to be worried about oral herpes, its just cold sores

Did you look at the pics? What did it look like to you. I understand that no one on here is a doctor, but I'm just looking for opinions/ ideas.

Mostly no one here looks at pictures as we are not experts and when even top experts misdiagnose by close real look. You shoudl go see your doctor perhaps a dermatologist
