If partner licks nipple, can this transmit hsv to child?

So, me and my partner got intimate, I ended up kissing her nipples then we went to sleep. A few hours later (about 2 hours) she woke up to breast feed our baby.
Now I don’t have an active cold sore but have read they can be still be spread through saliva. Would the baby be able to catch a cold sore this way?

I would sincerely doubt this would result in transfer of hsv to the baby. If your wife has hsv and kisses the baby on the lips, maybe.  But the route you describe would not worry me.
