worried to get herpes from receiving oral sex
I m 29 yr male. A week before i went to a massage parlour, while giving a massage, all of sudden the masseur started licking my penis, it continued for 5-10 seconds. I felt this odd and asked him to stop. There was no ejaculation, no friction and no visible sore on his lips. But after that on the same night I started feeling burning sensation on my penis head. I started taking Doxy 100 mg twice a day from the second day of this episode. The burning sensation has now subsided to a great extent but I can notice painless small pink tiny dots ( like point) all over the penis gland.
I m very much concerned about HSV from this single episode of oral sex. Is it HSV symptom ?

I repeat, you did NOT catch anything from this brief encounter. No STD symptoms would come on in just a few hours. two to three days minimum. All normal and healthy penises have raised bumps.
today is the 9th day and for last seven days I have been noticing small slightly raised bumps (more like dots) all over the penis gland. Though they are not causing any itching or pain yet they are a cause of concern for me as I have never noticed anything like this before.

You did not get herpes or anything else from this brief 5-10 second encounter. I'm not sure why someone started licking your penis during a massage. I've had hundreds of completely nude massages in my life and no one has ever licked my genitals. Is there more to your encounter? Are you ashamed of what happened?

Sorry for the word "LICK" . He gave me an oral sex for 5-10 sec. He did this very gently and did't apply any force/friction. This was the only encounter as I moved out from the parlour after that episode. This all happened in the morning and by the evening I started feeling burning sensation on my penis head. I am really tensed and feeling guilty as I m getting married by the end of this month.
