MRSA infections and surgery for hidradenitis suppurativa

I have had chronic MRSA infections for over 2 years. Ive had them on my butt, stomach, arm, on my leg by my genital area..with the majority of abcesses/cellulitis infections being under my arms. I pretty much always have 2-4 of them under my arms. I recently had surgery under my arms for MRSA infections and hidradenitis suppurativa. They cleaned the area out and took out HS's. My surgery was the end of May and I now have another abcess under my arm. But its not near my incisions. Is it normal that HS come back ? Is there anything else I can do ? I get these infections even when Im on antibiotics. What is HS anyway and what causes them ? Thanks !!
