High BP with first pregnancy, will i have it with my second?

When i was pregnant with my daughter (now 4) i had HBP at the end of my pregnancy. Now i am pregnant with my second and my first dr. Visit my BP was a little on the high side, but the last 2 visits my BP was normal. Do i still have to watch what i eat? Or am i ok to eat whatever i crave? I tried eating foods with no sodium trying to be on the safe side but i felt horrible my body didnt feel good at all, i felt weak.
