I had borderline hypertension as a late teenager, and afterward have been prescribed BP lowering meds for the past 25-30 years. Maintaining a healthy weight works wonders. I don't know what "lvh" is so I can't comment on that.

How many meds do you take? What’s your bp run now with medicine?
120's over 80 or so, take only one Rx (lisinopril) and have been taking that one for at least 25 years.

Hello  I was in my early to mid 40's when I go high BP. I am 62 now.  I take Medicine, Watch Salt  and Exercise at least 4-5 days a week. That helps keep it in check
