what does drinking water does to blood pressure

Because I know I don't drink enough water.

Being dehydrated would make you have less blood (reduced circulatory volume). That would tend toward reduced blood pressure and might even make you feel dizzy when first standing up.

Water also would allow your muscles to function better.  It helps them contract.
