HPV

A few ago i had found out i had hpv thru someone i had a sexual incounter with now i went to The doctors n had gotten medication n got them removed on my own,i,havnt had any symptoms of them in yrs n now my fiance of almost 3yrs has them he had medication n used it didnt do much he has them still n we do have sex unprotected. Does that mean i,can still get The genital warts even though ? N what,ways can u get tid of them bcuz he has.no health insurance. Please help thank u

Thank u for the good advice... Its weird.bcuz he has the same amount there little n mayb one or two,are a bit bigger but.I,dont show or have any on my.private area. There on the very low part of his shaft. He has tried to get them removed with a cream given. But it didnt do much it shrunk a few but didnt remove them.now what does he do bcuz we both have no insurance. N to freeze them off Is $$...  Does it harm a woman if there possibly pregn?

It depends on the strain he has. Warts are usually from strains 6 or 11. So if he has strain 6 and you had strain 11, then you both now have strains 6 and 11. If he had the same strain as you did, then there was no harm because you can't get the same strain again. But if he has visible warts then he is infectious and you weren't. Now I am not so sure....

Here's the thing. You had un-safe sex with him while he had visible warts. This is not a good thing to do but you're engaged. He should refrain from sex until they are gone. Or at the very least, he should wear a condom. Ask him to visit a STD clinic and get them removed. However the worst case scenario is that you now both share the same strains and can have all of the unsafe sex you want together, after he gets the warts removed.
