Am I at risk for hpv?

Im sexually active and I never got a Pap smear. Could I get hpv or could I get cervical cancer ? I'm 16

HPV is definitely possible.  Cancer is single digit percentage possible. Get tested via a pap smear HPV test. If you don't have it, then get the vaccine. Even if you do have it, get the vaccine to protect you against the strains that you may not already have.
