Anal warts

Hey guys just wondering I unfortunately got HPV awhile back shortly thereafter followed by anal warts. I used the cream and they are now gone, but the region is still super itchy only after a bowel movement though, if i shower and clean the area it is fine. Ive also noticed since I got HPV I have to pee every couple hours and multiple times through the night, which didnt happen before? Could this be related? why is it still itching even though they are gone? curious what i should do i hate going into the doctor for obvious reasons.

ya less the hpv but i keep reading that if you dont treat the warts it can lead to anal cancer which could have something to do with why i always have to pee.

I have not had the itching but I def felt the same about treatment! I didn't care about any discomfort because I wanted them to be burnt out of me. Def ask the doc what you can do for itching.

Mags, I have had itching with mine, I'm not sure if its because of the area they're in (above clitoris where labia majora begin)...sometimes it itches so bad it wakes me up. I'm actually looking forward to my treatment tomorrow...lol! I'm starting to wonder if its warts or some kind of vaginal ulcers...

I have never seen any info relating the need to pee more with HPV. Your itching could be unrelated as well, you could have some other issue such as hemorrhoids or pinworms (no offense). The only way to know is to see your doc. I have seen posts about itching related to HPV/warts but in general it is not a symptom. I have never had any itching but then my warts are vaginal only. So it is best to call your docs office and ask if there is a phone nurse to speak with.
