Black spot on penis head....HPV or cancer risk?

Recently I noticed a small brown spot on the head of my penis like a freckle. It’s not been growing bigger or anything but I’m worried it could be a sign of cancer. I also recently had a nude massage where the therapist’s vagiba might have brushed my penis or had some contact with her sex. Could that contact put me at risk for HPV?
