Can I say I'm free of external warts now?

Question: If I had external warts in my *** and they went away two months ago, and the vinegar test didn't show any white spot, it means I don't have warts there (externally)?

My story dealing with warts:
I'll try to be clear and short... I'm a 22 yo guy, bisexual but I haven't had anal sex properly. In May 2017, I found a small thing in the "ring" of my *** and I was terrified and stressed, 4 days later I had another one and bigger. I was ashamed to see a doctor, but finally went to a surgeon, he checked it in and out and said that it could be anal warts, but he didn't see anything wrong inside.
He did 2 exams and both came out negative, I was unsatisfied because he was not clear about what the hell I had down there.
I was so stressed, depressed, sad, I couldn't believe it was happening to me. But I had to do something, I did a research on internet, looked some blogs with bad and good stories. And decide to improve my immune system, I've always been a healthy guy with no serious diseases but I also like everything with sugar... I cut it off.
In July 19th, I went to see another surgeon, he checked and said that it was HPV lesions, and that he could see some growing inside, offered me a very expensive surgery but I don't have the money even If I wanted the treatment... And what I've read it's not always the final solution.

This I what I've done...

Started taking since the last days of May (and still taking):

- Green tea with ginger and cinnamon, sometimes I add turmeric (up to 5 coups per day)
- Raw garlic
- Eat papaya, pineapple, strawberries, lemons, orange, avocado, broccoli, tomato, onions, carrots, and all vegetable and fruit I can.

Vitamin C : 2500 to 3000 mg daily
Zinc : 30 mg daily
Vitamin E : 400 IU daily
Vitamin D : 1000 IU daily
Multi vitamin : 1 daily
*Since August I added:
Vitamin A : 50.000 IU (twice a week, it's a delicate but important supplement)
Selenium
Dandelion
Ginseng
Echinacea

Sometimes I tried to use different things to treat the warts : Castor oil with baking soda or vitamin E capsule, ACV and sometimes White Vinegar, Vitamin C with lemon juice, crushed garlic (it burns a lot but I think it weakened the warts)...
But I must say I wasn't constant doing this direct treatment as I was faithful to my supplements.
Some days I did bath sits with the same tea adding some crushed garlics.

By the end of July I didn't have any visible warts but I still could feel one hard thing inside my ***. And still I feel it there, I try to touch inside once a week to know how big it is, sometimes I feel it really small and other times I feel it much bigger. But I can only identify one.
I hope the internal warts go away as soon as possible. Never had bleeding or terrible discomfort.

Today I did the vinegar test and it didn't show any white spot in my ***... So I guess I'm free of external warts for the moment and keep my regime to stop them to recurring externally or spreading inside.

I plan to give my body more time to fight it and I'll visit another surgeon in November to check everything there.

I haven't had any sexual contact since April and I fortunately I don't have anything wrong in my dick or mouth.

Hope this could help anyone else!
