Can pain in my epididymis be hpv?

So about 3 months ago I had sex with a man from Brazil. We had protected sex but I did perform oral on him for a couple minutes and he did the same to me.

I am now currently having pain in my testicles which I can only imagine to be epididymitis from what I'm reading. I'm also reading this can be cause by hpv. I've been freaking out for a while and any information will help. Like I said oral only lasted a few minutes.

I also started having small skin colored dots on the head of my penis and around the rim which my doctor said was just papules but I can't help but think the both of this issues combined is hpv. I also can't remember if those showed up before or after this sexual interaction.

Any help would be great appreciated as I am freaking out.
