Definitely AHCC / Gene Eden has helped me .. however it does take time to work .. But it is so worth it at the end
I would suggest reading this:

You can not get it from a health store. you have to get it prescribed to you. Any doctor can prescribe it but most don't know about it. So you'll likely have to convince them to give it a shot. you can call around as the first doctor to give it to me was a holistic doctor. I told my regular doctor it worked well for me and now I'm having my regular doctor prescribe it.
One thing to note, it has to be compounded. You can find some pharmacies and prices here:

You mentioned naltrexone? What does it do and can I get it from a normal health store? :)
Thanks all of you for your posts, have been really helpful. I do agree with you carameldream, I've come to realise that it is definitely not as bad as what I could have! I just make sure now that if I do have sex I'm always protected. It's not something that I'm letting affect me, will definitely listen to all of the advice given and work on being more healthy! I've chosen to see this as a blessing in disguise - its forcing me to become a more healthy, active person!!
Thank you all again :)
Honestly, the only thing different that I have done is I have started taking a daily vitamin (One A Day). I have always been a pretty active person and I line dance twice weekly for exercise on top of daily activities. I still smoke and I have a couple drinks when I go out. I believe that it has been almost a month since I was diagnosed and I go tomorrow to see if I am clear (I had one very small wart left as of last week). I really thought that it would take longer for me to clear the virus because I normally get sick very easily and my body does not fight common colds and sinus infections quickly but it has taken care of this virus. I do not really stress over my condition either because, the way I see it, is that there is nothing I can do now. I live my life as normal as always (minus intercourse) and have fun.
In addition to the posts, get a complete physical and comprehensive bloodwork to detect any immunodeficiencies, I have an immunodeficiency but was on top of it as it made its presence known between two blood tests within four months. Now on inexpensive prescriptions that have since then rebalanced my biochemistry to normal.
Like someone wrote, eat A LOT of vegetables and fruits. Eliminate junk food. My body fat was low to begin with, but now I am much more defined, more than I ever have been.
Try eating more raw fruits and veggies. You can also try low dose naltrexone. Exercise, get plenty of sun, good water and fresh air. You could try taking suppliments that boost your immune system.
Celebrex has recently been linked to a cure for HPV.

Thank you for your reply :)
I seem to be doing really well, have got rid of all signs as a result of using a treatment called Warticon, so now i'm just trying to keep healthy in the hope of making the virus dormant.
Hello,
In 90% of cases, the body’s immune system clears HPV naturally within two years. But, sometimes, HPV infections are not cleared and can have HPV even if years have passed since he or she had sexual contact with an infected person.
Eating well and exercising can only help in boosting the immune system.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
