Do i have an STD?

Hey sorry for havign to show everyone, but i really need to know and i dont really want to go to the doctor. I've never had unprotected intercourse, but i have received oral sex. I have this spot on the head of my penis, kinda looks like it could be genital warts. But i only see one.  I do have those harmless bumps on my penis, i think they are called fordyce spots.

Here is a picture of the penis head :http://i50.tinypic.com/23kp2d5.jpg

Genital warts, or HPV, can also appear with protected sex, because condoms aren`t 100% protection.
It can be there without any sypmtoms and will activate with the weakening of the immune system.
YOU SHOULDN`T AVOID going to the doctor, you HAVE to go and consult! That isn`t shameful !! Go see your doctor.
