Do i have genital warts?

The very first thing i ever noticed was in my pubic hair region way above my penis there was a bump with a white pearly head that raise off my skin, just a single bump. It was very itchy and i did't notice it until i scratched by accident. the white head kind of came off and there was bleeding which was later turned to a scab. After this another bump appeared to the lower right of it with the same characteristics. Its been 2 months now and its slowly spreading around my area, some bumps are even appearing on my scrotum now. Again the bumps do not hurt but they are kind of like a pearl and raise up off my skin. I went to see a doctor yesterday but didn't have the pearly white bump to show, just a previously infected area which was just scabbed because again i scratched it by accident. The doctor assumed i had a skin infection because she didn't see the bump and gave me fucidin cream novo-cloxin as medication but i dont know if this is a wrong diagnosis?

I would also like to note the bumps aren't forming in clusters or anything, just a single bump here and there about 4-5cm apart everytime. I'm getting quite a bit paranoid as 2 more bumps appeared today. What do you think this is?

This sounds like "molluscum contagiosum". Go to a Derma and he/she will burn them off. They will spread if untreated, but the body will clear them after a while if you do nothing. They are contagious, but once gone, are gone forever. I had this, no big deal, just get them diagnosed and removed ASAP.

ps. It is no big deal

Hard to say, but surely not genital warts. If you are convinced it is a sort of std, perhaps molluscum contagiosum? Although truth be told it could simply be from some kind of irritation and/or friction.
