Family

I was just diagnosed with hpv I am so scared and confused and I don't know what to do... I know his is passed sexually but what about my family are they able to get it from siting on the toilet after me or on the couch after me. Do I need to like layer my pants in order not to spread it to my family

When washing your vaginal and anal area use a non scented soap never use your towel more then once. What i do is wash with dial non scented hypoallergenic soap i dry my areas with a blow dryer to make sure its very dry and to keep down on laundry  i also cleanse 3 times a day. Take a woman's once a day with 1000 mg of vitamin every day i also drink echinacea tea. When i was first diagnosed i only had 2 little warts around my anus and within two months i still had those 2 plus more they multiple quick even when your hygiene is immaculate . I have tried cream and homeopathic treatments all they did was help with itching and discomforts. I have been using acv for a week now and i only have 3 warts left it burns like hell but did magic for me before the acv i had at least 7 or 8 . There is side affects but nothing i couldn't handle. Dont be to hard on yourself hpv is very common. Like i said before if u need or want advice im here to help

Stop freaking out please!! stress makes hpv worse if you continue to stress expect a breakout. I was diagnosed with hpv 2 months ago i know exactly how you feel. When i was diagnosed i thought it was the end of the world but its not okay trust me life goes on. Just keep your toilets nice and clean wash your hands with antibacterial soap after using the restroom. If u would like to know more about hpv or any questions at all comment back
