Genetal Warts Medication - Podofilox, Imunoquid

Hi, My doctor diagonized me with GW in January, I have been usinf Podofilox cream and liquid for almost 4 months with not much improvement as small bumps keep appearing pretty much every other week.
Doctor switched me to Iminoquid, to be used 5 days/week for 16 weeks. Completed week 6. In the interim, did cold freeze on 3 different instances.
I read a lot here about different after effects after using imminoquid. But, i never experienced any. It feels as if I applied cold cream. Is that normal?
Also, after freezing, the wart goes away/fell off in few days. Do I need to continually apply the cream in the area for 16 weeks as prescribed or can i stop it in that area?

I switched my doctor after 2 months as I wasnt happy with the first one. The second doctor had a dermatologist take a look as well. They didnt say anything about them not being warts.
I am curious now. What made you think they are not GW? Imiquimod usage symptoms? What are other things that are not GW and feels like GW? The GW bumps and their reoccurrence all point to GW. I asked the same question to the dermatologist last time. She said that the medicine side effects will be felt when the immune system responds to the medicine. She said it will take some time for the immune system to respond.
