Genetal warts cleanup with Podofilox

Hi, I noticed the cauliflowers 6 months ago under my skin of my uncircumsized  penis and went to the doctor. Not sure for how long they have been there...I was given Podofilox gel and applied for a week which removed them...
Since then, I have been seeing the small buds (3-4) every 2 weeks and they are gone with single 3 days course..
When I asked the doctor, he told me to wait until they grow big before I apply the medicine. But, I am being paranoid and it became a habit of checking multiple times a day and pretty much applying the cream every other weekend...Am I doing it right or should I follow what doctor said..Its been nerve wrecking..seeing these lil spots show up this often..they wont come as cluster...its like 3 - 4 small < 1 mm bump at different places. Sometimes, I feel as if I should circumsize as all the bumps are coming on the foreskin.
My first spottings were a cluster of 6, each about 3-5 mm..while the subsequent ones are about 1 mm...maybe I am not letting them grow big.....
I am hoping to slowly clear these off within the next 2-3 months to be on the average side....this always keep me conscious of warts and I cant seem to take my mind off.
I hope there are some medicine or natural remedies available to boost the immune system.

Doctor advised me to keep the foreskin retracted back to make sure I dont leave the area moist all the time...does it really help as I see the bumps in the area that is the tip when foreskin is left normal.

Also, is there a risk of spreading this with bath towels and stuff, with kids in the house...Please advise.
