Genital Warts from Receiving Oral Sex

Hello,

I Received unprotected oral sex from two women (separate occasions) back in February which led to protected vaginal sex. I tested negative for HSV1 and HSV2 at 4 weeks and 11 weeks post incidents. Yesterday I looked and I have a small bump on the side of my shaft that is painless and the same color of my skin. What are the chances this is a genital wart from the desired incident above? I have also had two of the three rounds of the Gardisil 9 vaccine
