Genital warts, the common wart, or something else?

Hello, I am 18 years old and currently suffering from what I was told "looks like genital warts".  About a month ago, I seemed to be very itchy down in my vaginal region.  A day later, I felt sores down there, and thought I had just scratched a bit too much and that was the cause.  The following day after that, the discomfort from itching and burning was too much, so I grabbed a hand mirror to investigate further.  I noticed blister-like bumps down there.  There were probably about 4, but it's hard to tell because they were clustered together.  They appeared to be white on top.  I contacted a gyno and went in the same day to be told that they appeared to be genital warts.  I was extremely shocked.  I have only been with one guy in my life, and we were both virgins before having sex with each other.  (I know this 100%, we were only 16 and he was a very truthful and religious guy) I haven't been sexually active in over a year.  I assumed the doctor knew what he was talking about though. (even though I have NO idea how I could possibly have genital warts) I went ahead and had him burn them off.  The pain and discomfort from that was even worse than having the "warts". Two days after having them burned off, I noticed a little red blister on my finger.  The blisters started appearing in different places on my fingers, I now have about 4 of them.  The blister grew in such a short amount of time and now looks like a wart.  It has a little black dot in the middle.  I had a follow up with my doctor two weeks after having the warts burned off, and he couldn't confirm to me if they actually were genital warts or not, and could not say if my warts on my fingers were related or not. I know they have to be related though, because I have never had warts on my fingers before. I researched and learned that genital warts can not spread to your fingers, so now I am even more confused.  Also, it seems that my blisters are reappearing in my genital area again, following a bad scratching fit last night.  I will probably go see another doctor for a different opinion, but I want to see what others have to say about it too.
