Genital warts?

I have odd shaped bumps on my groin, which get to be about the size and shape of a grain of rice. They are not on my genitals just both sides of my groin area. They seem to grow and shrink randomly. I have also noticed a bad smell         , and the skin on top of the bumps seems to flake off a little and if i scratch them they bleed a lot. I've had them for about a month tried baby powder didnt work. Does this sound like genital warts?

possible...but hpv in groin areas are less common-more often skin tags from tight underwear. only way to find out is to go to a doctor.
good luck!

No one can say for sure over the internet but I can tell you it is either bacterial or HPV. Now most doctors get confused about this. They dont see cases all the time that look the same. My doctor still tells my they are skin tags. I have the little tag like growths on my inner thighs ... they are not big. Actually they look allot like white heads right now but without the puss and liquid inside. So go look into seeing a dcotor. Just make sure it is some one that can see the differences.
