Genital warts...?

So recently I have been worrying about the possibility that I have genital warts. It seems pretty clear to me that I do, but considering the fact that I am a virgin, I am hoping that won't be the case. Anyway, two weeks or so ago I went to the doctor to have what I thought was a skin tag on my pubic bone removed. She examined it for a few minutes and told me that it had a slightly wart like appearance, but that she wasn't too worried & she would just remove it, because having it sent into the lap would cost more. Anyway, the bump was removed.

Now, two weeks later, two more bumps have appeared in the same area. I'm not sure if this is irritation from shaving or what, but the first bump looks similar to my last one ("wart like" as my doctor put it), and the second bump is smaller/flatter. Anyway, I'm terrified. I have photos but can't share them on this platform, if anyone would be willing to look & share their opinions just to ease my mind until I can get another appointment, please shoot me a message!
