HPV Oral Transmission

I was having oral sex with a man, when I saw a cauliflower growth in his anus area. I stopped and ran away. We had deep kissing and sucked each other. I am now very scared. What is the chance that I caught HPV from him? What kind of test can I have to find it out?

and try some strong natural anitviral/immunu stimulants cause if it's in your system, maybe it will help suppress it?  Just some thoughts...good luck!

The only way to know if you have it is if you get symptomatic.  I did "hear" that the gardasil vaccine can help fight off the infection, but I'm trying to find out more about that, maybe you can ask your gyno.

I agree with DasKapital. I've never heard of anyone getting HPV the way you explain, and oral HPV is relatively rare.

Well, the word "possible" still scares me. The exposure was only two days ago. So, there is a long wait and anxiety ahead.

Yes, again, possible... but nowhere near as likely as direct genital-to-genital contact.  One thing to consider is how long ago was your exposure?  If, after a few weeks/months you don't see any signs of genital warts, I think it would be likely you wouldn't see any.

I do remember that we touched each others' genital by hands. And, he touched my anal area with his hands, too. I read some articles saying the hand-genital transmission is possible. Is It?

Slim.  Anal/genital warts tend to "like" that area, so catching it in other areas is possible, but extremely rare.
