HPV Transmission Question

I was doing some research and Im still not positive how HPV is transmitted. Can HPV be transmitted through mutual masterbation or does it require actual sexual intercourse? Ive only even participated in mutual masterbation outside my relationship and Im trying to educate myself about HPV and if I need to be worried.

You should be just fine :) Thank you for the clarification! If no one had open lesions or sores, HPV isn't transferrable.

Mutual Masterbation as in getting touched by the other person, twice I was brought to orgasm by someone I didnt know but it was only with hands no kissing or penetration. I touched them briefly with my hand then they touched me with theirs, never direct genital contact. Im nervous that HPV could be spread just by hands.

What do you mean by "mutual" masterbation?
