HPV contraction probabliity...?

I received fellatio from a girl without a condom. While I was having sex I suddenly noticed there was the genital warts. My reading shows that most genital warts are symptomatic of HPV. After I discovred this I cleaned my genitals off and with antisceptics a short time later. So I am wondering what the chances that I have become infected....?

I was doing some resear os ch amd there is roughly a 60%chance of  infection. So since there is a.good probability that I am infected what is my next steps?

Currently there is no warts or other signs. I am considering taking a HPV salova
