Help!

Hi. I have been dating someone who has hpv but we haven’t had sex. He performed oral sex on me on Wednesday, and noticed unusual spots on his tongue Saturday. Should I get tested for having hpv? I got the vaccine years ago. I’m nervous I may have it now, he noticed this Saturday but didn’t notice anything on his tongue Wednesday.
